To thaw place desired quantity of Yellowfin Tuna Steaks in refrigerator at or below 4°C for approximately 8 hours.
Turn BBQ on to a high heat, preferably on the chargrill side. Rub the Tuna Steak with oil, if desired, and place onto the chargrill for approximately 3 minutes each side. Ensure Tuna is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in centre.
Preheat a non-stick pan with 5mL of olive oil to a medium heat. Cooked thawed Tuna for 3 – 4 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure Tuna is cooked all the way through or until piping hot in centre.
Appliances vary considerably. Please adjust cooking times if necessary.
