COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Product must be cooked from frozen. Do not thaw. Ensure product is cooked through and piping hot in centre before serving.
Deep Fry
Preheat oil to 180 °C. Deep fry frozen squid for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown. Drawin well before serving.
Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 220 °C (or 200 °C fan forced). Place frozen squid on baking tray and cook for 22 - 24 munites or until golden brown turning over halfway through cooking.
Pan Fry
Preheat lightly oiled frypan to medium tempurature. Place frozen squid in frypan and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drawn well before serving. Appliances vary considerably. Please adjust cooking times if necessary.

Set the timer and cook for 8-9 minutes or until cooked through. Carefully remove the frying basket, allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure snacks are hot in the centre.

Lets go Japanese with these tasty authentic vegetable Gyoza's, ready to eat, perfect for steaming or pan frying, 28 pieces.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pan Fry:
(Cook from Frozen) Preheat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, medium heat. Sear Gyoza on one side for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of water to pan and cover with lid. Steam another 3 minutes or until cooked through. Allow 1 minute to cool.
Steam:
(Cook from Frozen) Lightly spray surface of streamer with cooking oil. Steam over boiling water for 6 minutes or until cooked through. Allow 1 minute to cool.
