Tender pieces of squid dipped in our authentic salt and pepper coating. Bite-sized with a satisfying and tasty crunch. Delicious served on its own or combine with other dishes for a more exciting meal.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Product must be cooked from frozen. Do not thaw. Ensure product is cooked through and piping hot in centre before serving.
Deep Fry
Preheat oil to 180 °C. Deep fry frozen squid for 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown. Drawin well before serving.
Oven Bake
Preheat oven to 220 °C (or 200 °C fan forced). Place frozen squid on baking tray and cook for 22 – 24 munites or until golden brown turning over halfway through cooking.
Pan Fry
Preheat lightly oiled frypan to medium tempurature. Place frozen squid in frypan and cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drawn well before serving. Appliances vary considerably. Please adjust cooking times if necessary.
