Singapore Chilli Crab

Wild caught Pacific West blue swimmer crabs are halved & cleaned ready to cook with an authentic Singapore style chilli crab sauce for a complete meal. Enjoy as a meal by itself or add some other Asian inspired dishes to create an impressive dinner party menu centred around this sweet and spicy crab favourite.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Thawing
To thaw place crabs and sauce sachet in refrigerator at below 4 °C for approximately 8 hours.
Pan Fry
Preheat a large wok or non-stick frey pan to a high heat, adding 5mL of cooking oil. Place thawed crabs in pan and cook for 2 – 4 minutes or unil crab changes to an orange colour. Once crab changes colour stir through the thawed sauce sachet with 240mL of water. Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring continiously for a futher 12 – 14 minutes until crab is fully cooked or piping hot in the centre. Appliances vary considerably. Please adjust cooking times if necessary.
