Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce
This soy ginger dipping sauce is ideal for a range of tempura dishes. Match our dipping sauce with Pacific West’s tempura prawns, tempura fish fillets, or tempura squid rings. Make our dipping sauce to scale, it will keep for up to three days.

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbs ginger (finely grated)
- 2 tbs green onions (chopped)
- 2 tsp sugar
For the soy ginger dipping sauce
Add all of the ingredients to a lidded jar and shake well to combine.
