
Spring Roll Pastry
Versatile and convenient, these spring roll pastry sheets are a kitchen essential for creating a wide range of dishes. PREPARATION
Remove pack from freezer and allow to thaw slightly
Open pouch and remove required sheets.
Cover sheets with a plastic wrap or poly sheet to prevent drying out.
Place unused pastry back into pouch, seal and store in freezer.
FILLING TIPS
Keep filling well drained.
Recommended filling weight per sheet
- 10 -18 g for a tighter crispier roll
- 18 – 28 g for a fuller roll
- Over 28g – not recommended
ROLLING INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare a Seal paste: Mix 1 tbsp plain flour and 2 tbsp water
Spread filling in a short horizontal line (about 8-9cm wide)
Allow 2 – 2.5cm margin on sides before folding
Fold bottom corner up over filling
Fold left and right sides in
Apply Seal paste on top edge of sheet
Roll to the top edge and seal.

APPLIANCES VARY CONSIDERABLY. PLEASE ADJUST COOKING TIMES IF NECESSARY.
Air Fry (Freshly made)
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Lightly oil rolls. Air Fry for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway.
Air Fry (From Frozen)
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Lightly oil rolls. Air Fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway.
Deep Fry (Freshly made)
Heat oil to 175°C. Fry rolls for 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp. Drain and serve.
Deep Fry (From Frozen)
Heat oil to 170–180°C. Fry rolls for 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp. Drain and serve.
Oven (From Frozen or Freshly made)
Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly brush rolls with oil. Bake for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
