INGREDIENTS
- _ lemon, juiced
- _ red onion, or 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tomatoes, ripe but firm, finely diced
- 3 small Lebanese cucumbers 3, finely diced
- flat-leaf parsley a handful of leaves
- Pacific West Beer Battered Fish Fillets
INSTRUCTIONS
For the beer battered fish fillets
Deep fry 180C 4-5.5 minutes
For the Israeli salad
Gently mix all the ingredients together, seasoning with salt. Serve at once.
