A jalapeno garlic & lime hot sauce is a great condiment to serve with our panko squid rings. Scale the sauce and store in sterilised jars in the refrigerator. It will last up to three days. A great shared plate or entree suitable for pubs and clubs.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 Jalapeno peppers
- a handful of fresh coriander
- Juice of half a lime
- Pacific West Panko Squid Rings
INSTRUCTIONS
For the panko squid rings
Deep Fry 180C 2-3 minutes
For the jalapeno garlic & lime hot sauce
Remove the seeds and glands from the jalapeno peppers. Put all ingredients in a blender. Pulse to leave a sauce with some texture.
