INGREDIENTS
- Pacific West Seafood Basket
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1–2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- pinch of kosher salt pinch of ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
For the hot honey sauce
Combine ingredients in a small pan. Bring to medium heat. Stir often and let the honey warm through approx. 3-5 minutes, don’t let it boil. Serve warm.
For the seafood basket
Deep Fry 180C 2-3 minutes
