Calamari w/ Smashed Cucumber Salad with Lemon and Celery Salt
Calamari rings and a smashed cucumber salad make a great shared plate or starter! Salt will intensify the flavour of the cucumbers so better results are achieved the longer you leave the salt to absorb into the cucumbers.
